Bağımsızlık sürecinden sonra Tacikistan'da sosyo-ekonomik gelişmeler

Abstract

Tacikistan Cumhuriyeti'nin sosyo-ekonomik yapısının değerlendirilmesi amacıyla hazırlanan bu çalışmada, ülkenin mevcut sosyo-ekonomik yapısı belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca ülkenin gelişmesini engelleyen sorunlar üzerinde durulmuş ve gelişmeye hız verecek öneriler belirtilmiştir. Bunlara ilaveten yeri geldiğinde Tacikistan ekonomisi ile bazı Asya ve Orta Asya ülkeleri karşılaştırılmıştır. Gerçekçi sonuçlara varabilmek için ülkenin sosyo-ekonomik yapısının nitel yönden tarihsel olarak analizi yapılmıştır. Tacikistan Cumhuriyeti'nde sosyo-ekonomik alanlarda reformlar, genişlemeler, yenilenmeler iç savaş sonrasında başlamıştır. 2000 yılına geldiğimizde Tacikistan yeni demokratik hükümetin kuruluşu itibariyle sosyo-ekonomik alanlarda ve ülkenin göstergelerinde gelişmeler ortaya çıkmıştır. Tezin içinde esas olarak ülkenin gelişme ve yenilenme sürecinde sosyo-ekonomik yapımın gösterdiği gelişim ve özelikler incelenmiştir. Hâlihazır duruma baktığımızda Tacikistan Cumhuriyeti hem mutlak hem de görecelik açısından zayıf ve kırılgan bir sosyo-ekonomik yapıya sahiptir.

The aim of this work is to investigate the socio-economic structure of Tajikistan. Additionally, the potential problems that can emerge from the province's development period has been researched and some solution are proposed. Finally Tajikistan's economic status is compared to some Asian and central Asian countries. In order to get a clear result and a realistic conclusion, various aspects of the society's history has been analayzed. The reforms, the expansions and the development of the various socioeconomical aspects in the Republic of Tajikistan have beginned since the era of its independence after the world war. In 2000, with the establishment of the new democratic government, new reforms and configurations have taken place in different social and ekonomic dimensions. This thesis takes in consideration the structure and the progres of the socio-economic framework and examines its status during the progress and the development of the country. The Republic of Tajikistan as a whole, either in absolute or relative terms has a weak and fragile socio-economical status
