8 numaralı Vidin Şer'iyye Sicili'nin değerlendirilmesi ve transkripsiyonu (H.1132/M.1719-1720)

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 8 Numaralı Vidin Şer'iyye Sicili temel alınıp, Vidin Tarihine, dönemin Osmanlı Tarihine ve Vidin Şer'iyye Sicili çalışmalarına faydalı olması amaçlanmıştır. H. 1132 / M. 1719-1720 yıllarına tekabül eden Sicile göre Vidin'deki siyasi, sosyal, kültürel ve ekonomik yaşam incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. ''8 Numaralı Vidin Şer'iyye Sicili'nin Değerlendirilmesi ve Transkripsiyonu H. 1132 / M. 1719-1720'' başlıklı bu tez giriş ve iki ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Tezin giriş kısmında Osmanlı Devleti'nin hukuki yapısı, Vidin tarihi ve III. Ahmed dönemi genel olarak incelenmiştir. Birinci bölümde, Şer'iyye Sicillerinin önemine ve Vidin Şer'iyye Sicilleri hakkında çalışma yapmış olan kişilere ve çalışmalarına yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise 8 Numaralı Vidin Şer'iyye Sicili'nin özellikleri, defterde yer alan kayıtlar ve muhtevaları, yerleşim yerleri, görevlileri ve meslek grupları hakkında bilgiler bulunmaktadır. Çalışmanın son kısmında ise ekler kısmı bulunmaktadır. Ekler bölümünde, 8 Numaralı Vidin Şer'iyye Sicili'nin transkripsiyonu yer almakta olup, örnek kayıtlar, Vidin ile ilgili fotoğraflar ve haritalar mevcuttur. This study, based on Court Record Numbered 8 of Vidin, aims to contribute to the researches about the history of Vidin, Ottoman History and Vidin Court Record. In accordance with the court records corresponding to the date of H. 1132/ M. 1719-1720, the political, social, cultural and economic life in Vidin was tried to be examined. This thesis, titled ''The Evaluation and Transcription of Vidin Court Record Numbered 8 (H. 1132/ M.1719-1720)'' consists of an introduction and two main sections. In the introduction part of the thesis, the legal structure of the Ottoman state, the history of the Vidin and period of Sultan Ahmet III were examined in general terms. In the first part, the importance of the court records and the people who have worked on this subject and their studies are given. In the second part, there is information about the features of the court record numbered 8, the records in this register, its content, the settlements, the officers and professional groups. There are suffixes in the last part of the study. There are a translation of the court record numbered 8 in the appendices section and also there are sample records and photos and maps about Vidin.
