dc.description.abstract	Dünya'da ve Türkiye'de uygulanan kentsel dönüşümlerde hangi teşvik politikaları izlendiği ve bunların ortaya çıkardığı sonuçlar bu tez kapsamında açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Türkiye'nin nasıl bir kentsel dönüşüm mali teşvik politikası gerekliliği üzerinde durulmuştur. In this thesis, it is going to be explained that, in Turkey and World, what kind of promotions are followed and what are their consequences. İt also emphasizes that, what kind of urban regeneration incentives policy can be applied in our country and what kind of fiscal incentives at required for its practicability.	tr_TR
