Bu çalışma kâr amacı gütmeyen ve yaşamımızda çok önemli roller üstlenen Sivil Toplum Kuruluşları (STK) üyelerinin istek ve gereksinimleri doğrultusunda sivil toplum hizmetlerinin yeniden tasarlanması ve yapılandırılmasında öncelik verilmesi gereken alanların belirlenmesi amacıyla KFG kullanılarak Trabzon Sanayici ve İşadamları Derneği'nde (TSİAD) gerçekleştirilmiştir.
